Tasting Notes

Aromatic perfumy nose with a hint of white pepper and spice. A fresh red-berry acidity on the palate complimented by a layered and complex mouth-feel.

Naturally fermented

50% Whole Bunch
Barrel Aged for 10 months

WO: Bot River
Alc: 13%

Viticulture 

Grapes were -just like the previous vintage, sourced from a dryland bush vine block on the Anysbos farm on the Swart River Road just outside of Botrivier. For this vintage however, we received grapes from the slightly younger block planted in 2014.
